Job descriptionCoverage Needed : 7 night shifts per week Shift : 12-hour night shifts (Saturday Sunday + weekdays) Can be split between multiple CRNAs : 1 3x12s + 1 4x12s or 2 2x12s + 1 3x12s Block scheduling available Scheduling is set 1.5 months in advance shifts can be consecutive for travelers Patient Population : Primarily ASA 3+ adults Underserved population; primarily Spanish-speaking No pediatrics Case Types : Heavy bread & butter : GI, Neurology, GYN, IR No hearts or transplants Supervision Model : Care team 1 : 1 with MD, only one CRNA on at a time Volume : 5 6 cases per shift on average Requirements : Minimum 2 years of experience Strong OB skills required Comfortable doing own preops / workups EMR : Cerner Brand new, state-of-the-art facility New equipment & Pyxis CRNAs have their own call room Excellent cafeteria with discounted meals Free, secured parking structure
