We are seeking member-driven, exceptional communication skills and analytical thinking candidates for the position of a Collector.

This role is responsible for overseeing the collection of receivables in alignment with organizational policies and procedures. This position plays a key role in supporting Members’ financial health while safeguarding the credit union’s loan portfolio.

Key Job Functions :

• Oversees and monitors delinquent accounts within Justice Federal.
• Conducts consistent outreach to Members with past-due accounts, ensuring alignment with departmental KPIs and productivity standards.
• Delivers credit counseling and proposes tailored solutions to enhance Members’ financial stability while safeguarding the credit union’s loan portfolio.
• Accurately posts payments on delinquent loans in accordance with established guidelines.
