The unit maintains clinical leadership coverage seven days a week and utilizes a collaborative care model with RNs, CNAs, and LPNs working together to deliver high-quality patient care. The facility is equipped to handle complex cases including stroke care, respiratory failure, and various trauma situations, making it an excellent environment for critical care nurses to advance their skills.
