Enteral Patient Service Representative

A company is looking for an Enteral Patient Service Representative to assist clinical staff in providing pharmacy services to home infusion therapy patients.

Key Responsibilities

Contact Enteral patients to review supply needs and document changes in the EMR

Manage patient delivery timelines and communicate changes in product or supply usage

Ensure compliance with payer regulations and maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA

Required Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service

Excellent organizational skills

Knowledge of microcomputer systems such as Microsoft Office

Dependability in attendance and job performance
