Key Responsibilities
Drive architectural work for integrating classical and machine learning planners within a safety-oriented framework
Establish scalable architecture for the self-driving stack and ensure safety requirements are met in trajectory planning
Engage in the development and implementation of planning and control algorithms, while reviewing and influencing algorithm performance
Required Qualifications
15+ years of relevant industry experience in self-driving projects
BS / MS or higher in robotics, computer science, or related engineering fields
Experience in agile software development processes, particularly in safety-critical applications
Strong software engineering fundamentals with a focus on reliability and testability
Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale self-driving feature deliverables
