We’re looking for a Process Automation Engineer to help design and deploy the intelligent systems that keep modern operations running efficiently at scale. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, data, and AI, combining technical execution with business impact.

You’ll partner with teams across departments to identify bottlenecks, eliminate repetitive tasks, and build scalable automation solutions powered by APIs, AI, and modern orchestration tools. Your work will directly increase efficiency, improve accuracy, and free teams to focus on higher-value problems.

What You’ll Do

Identify and prioritize automation opportunities across business units to reduce manual workload and streamline operations.

Build and deploy automated workflows using modern orchestration tools (e.g., Zapier, n8n, Make, or similar).

Design and maintain integrations between internal tools and third-party systems using APIs and webhooks.

Implement AI-enhanced solutions to improve decision-making, data processing, and workflow management.

Develop dashboards and alerting tools that monitor process performance and drive continuous improvement.

Collaborate with engineering and data teams to ensure scalability, maintainability, and reliability of automation solutions.

Create documentation and training resources to ensure successful adoption of automated workflows across teams.

Measure and communicate the business impact of automation initiatives (e.g., time saved, error reduction, productivity gains).

What You Bring

4+ years of experience in automation engineering, technical operations, or business intelligence.

Strong skills in Python, SQL, and API integration.

Hands-on experience with automation and orchestration platforms (Zapier, n8n, Make, or similar).

Practical knowledge of AI tools and their real-world use in automation and workflow optimization.

Ability to translate business needs into technical automation solutions.

Strong communication skills — able to explain complex systems clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

A mindset focused on process improvement, scalability, and measurable business value.

Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.

Bonus Points

Experience implementing AI-driven automation using LLMs or RPA tools.

Familiarity with cloud-based automation stacks, data pipelines, or system integration architectures.

Background in consulting, process engineering, or high-growth technology environments.

Proven success leading cross-functional automation projects from concept to execution.
