Primary Purpose

Manages the planning, delivery, and operations of Parkland's End User Computing (EUC) environment, including virtual desktop infrastructure, endpoint management, collaboration tools, and mobile devices, and emerging AI-assisted technologies. Oversees the design, security, and performance of enterprise endpoint systems to ensure reliable, compliant, and cost-effective technology services that directly support patient care, clinical workflows, and administrative operations. Coordinates with Systems Engineering and Infrastructure teams to maintain business continuity and disaster recovery readiness for all EUC platforms.

Minimum Specifications

Education

• Must have a bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Certification / Registration / Licensure

Microsoft 365 Certified : Endpoint Administrator Associate

Skills or Special Abilities

Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager - Azure Virtual Desktop / Omnissa Horizon VDI environments
