All while understanding thattogetherwe are even better.\n\nSchedule : Full Time\n\nShift : 12p-12a\n\nThe community you'll be caring for : AdventHealth Sebring\n\nFaith Based & Mission driven Facility\nLargest Employer in the County\nSurrounded by beautiful Lakes, Golf Courses and Florida's oldest State Park\nClose knit community with a home town family feel\n\nThe role you'll contribute : \n\nThe Registered Nurse is responsible for the coordination of patient care using a multidisciplinary approach to the Nursing process in accordance with the Hospital's Mission, physician, and patient expectations.These duties will be performed in an acceptable manner according to the hospitalsmission, vision, goals and management expectations.\n\nThe value you'll bring to the team : \n\nPerforms assessments and determines the total nursing needs of assigned patients.\nFormulates a goal directed plan of care and develops appropriate nursing diagnosis based on needs specific to the standard of care and updates according to policy.\nAccurately performs nursing actions to achieve patient care goals.\nEvaluates quality of patient care and outcomes based on care and treatments administered.\nAccepts responsibility for one's own professional standards.\n\nThe expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed : \n\nMinimum of Diploma in Nursing\nCurrent Florida RN License\nBLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS
