Inside Sales Job Description

Inside Sales Representatives are important members of the Star Nursery team. They provide outstanding customer services and sales assistance to customers. They answer customers' questions, recommend products / materials & provide a safe working / shopping environment.They are responsible for ordering and stocking their departments.

Job Description :

• Providing quality customer service. Answering customers questions. recommending products and material to our customer to achieve their project needs.
• Follows operations standards for cost control, waste reduction, quality, safety, and complete and on-time service
• Follows policies in the areas of operations techniques, materials usage.
• Performs other related duties as assigned
• Product knowledge
• Stock checks
• Stocking and labeling
• Signage
• Store upkeep
• Making orders
• Warehouse (receiving and stocking)
