Amentum is seeking a Standardization Evaluator in Las Vegas, NV. The Standardization Evaluation Program develops, implements, and maintains a comprehensive program for Physical Security personnel, ensuring compliance with AFI 36-2646 and requirements outlined in PWS 3.2.2.15, as well as adhering to all other governing documents and regulations. The Stan-Eval Department actively supports and upholds the Companys stated vision, mission, and values.

Compensation : The annual starting salary rate for this position is between $80,000.00 - $84,000.00 annually. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography / market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Essential Functions

Evaluation & Standardization :

• Oversee and conduct all evaluations within Physical Security to ensure personnel meet the highest performance standards, coordinating with Security Supervisors to verify document completion.
• Incorporate effective evaluation methods and provide immediate feedback after each Stan-Eval.
• Conduct Arming Use of Force performance assessments using Shoot / No-Shoot / Non-Lethal scenarios based on the Go / No-Go standard on Task Performance Checklists.
• Develop and maintain a minimum of 50 knowledge questions per duty position certification.
• Ensure evaluations consist of a 50-question verbal test (minimum 80% passing score), a Use of Force Go / No-Go scenario, and a Go / No-Go practical scenario.
• Complete all initial and subsequent annual Stan-Eval prior to being posted as a Patrol Officer or Entry Controller.
• Immediately report failures to the Stan-Eval lead and Security Supervisor, coordinating and providing applicable documents in the event of a second evaluation failure.
• Monitor and review training after any failures and decertification. With the ability to conduct additional evaluations within 15 calendar days of initial failure.
• Provide a standardized packet consisting of signed 797 records, TPCs, Use of Force TPCs, and Duty Position Evaluations (DPE) upon completion of evaluation for members records.
