Compensation : $60k-$75k + commission
Schedule : Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM, 60-70% time in field
How You'll Do It :
You'll meet other business leaders through social networking, cold calls, and leads to create opportunities for Peoplelink to impact the world of staffing by effectively aligning talent and matching customer needs. You will collaborate as a team member with both direct and indirect reporting in a matrix organization by developing strategies, executing sales goals, and creating strong relationships with the service and delivery team.

Physical Requirements : To successfully perform the duties of this job, the staff associate is required to have the ability and skills sufficient to drive a motor vehicle 60-75% of the time, to visit other office locations, prospects or new clients. In addition, the staff associate must have the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch and manipulate light to medium weights of 10 - 50 pounds. Requires good hand / eye coordination, arm / hand / finger dexterity including the ability grasp and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate office equipment and read and write the application information.
