Job Summary :

The CNA / CHHA provides clients with various personal care and homemaker / companion services in accordance with their established plan of care within the client's home.

Responsibilities can include, but are not limited to :

Housekeeping

Meal preparation

Transportation

Companionship

Personal Hygiene (bathing, toileting, dressing)

Memory Care

Care coordination for clients with degenerative conditions

Communicate professionally with families and your team

Qualifications :

Ability to pass a background screening

Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance, along with a clean driving record

Prior home care experience is a plus

Must understand and respect client ethics and confidentiality of care
