Job description
A company is looking for a Nurse Practitioner for their National After-Hours Team with a MO and IA License.
Key Responsibilities
Provide telephonic medical care and direction to residents and facility staff after-hours
Coordinate care between facilities, hospitals, and clinics using a telephonic platform
Conduct comprehensive assessments and document encounters in the EMR, ensuring compliance with CMS requirements
Required Qualifications
Master's Degree as a Nurse Practitioner
Current unrestricted NP license in IA and MO; additional licenses preferred
Nurse Practitioner national certification as ANP, FNP, or GNP
3+ years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
Ability to work scheduled shifts and maintain participation in Medicare and Medicaid
