Key Responsibilities

Research viral video ideas on TikTok for the career niche

Write scripts for TikTok videos and provide daily motivation to creators

Manage the lifecycle of TikTok creator partnerships, including contracts, scripting, editing, posting, and payments

Required Qualifications

Previous experience creating short-form content, preferably on TikTok

Deep understanding of the TikTok platform and current social media trends

Extremely self-motivated with a desire to learn about generating sales from TikTok

Ability to work in a high-pressure, results-only environment

Must be able to work 40+ hours per week and not currently enrolled in college
