What you will do :

You will drive customer satisfaction, supervising a team of managers and supervisors to support the district’s service customers. You will ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled while quickly resolving customer complaints concerning service and collection issues thereby minimizing customer concerns and enhancing customer relations. Scope of work to include managing employees in the following disciplines : Fire Alarm, Security, Fire Sprinkler Systems, Special Hazard Systems and Extinguishers / Commercial Kitchen hood service.

HIRING SALARY RANGE : $100,000-134,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.)
