📌 Job Title : Dental Assistant (Contract – 13 Weeks)

We are seeking an experienced Dental Assistant to join a high-functioning clinical dental care team for a full-time contract opportunity in Minnesota. This role involves hands-on patient care, chairside support, and ensuring smooth clinical operations throughout the daily treatment schedule. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and skilled in supporting dental procedures with precision and professionalism.

🔹 Role Overview

Full-time contract assignment (13 weeks)
Monday–Friday schedule | Day shift
No weekends & no call required
Must reside 25+ miles away from the facility to qualify

🦷 Key Responsibilities

Assist dental providers chairside during exams, cleanings, procedures, and restorative work

Prepare treatment rooms, set up trays, disinfect operatories, and manage instruments

Support 4-handed dentistry techniques and maintain clinical efficiency

Record patient information and support providers with documentation as needed

Take radiographs and assist in patient care procedures

Maintain supply inventory, restock rooms, and ensure clinical readiness

Provide post-procedure instructions and ensure patient comfort throughout the visit

Adhere to OSHA, HIPAA, and safety standards at all times

✨ Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Minnesota LDA Certification required

Minimum 1 year of clinical Dental Assisting experience

Strong patient interaction & chairside assisting skills

Knowledge of instrument sterilization & operatory prep

Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team

High attention to detail and infection control standards
