📌 Job Title : Dental Assistant (Contract – 13 Weeks)
We are seeking an experienced Dental Assistant to join a high-functioning clinical dental care team for a full-time contract opportunity in Minnesota. This role involves hands-on patient care, chairside support, and ensuring smooth clinical operations throughout the daily treatment schedule. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and skilled in supporting dental procedures with precision and professionalism.
🔹 Role Overview
- Full-time contract assignment (13 weeks)
- Monday–Friday schedule | Day shift
- No weekends & no call required
- Must reside 25+ miles away from the facility to qualify
🦷 Key Responsibilities
Assist dental providers chairside during exams, cleanings, procedures, and restorative workPrepare treatment rooms, set up trays, disinfect operatories, and manage instrumentsSupport 4-handed dentistry techniques and maintain clinical efficiencyRecord patient information and support providers with documentation as neededTake radiographs and assist in patient care proceduresMaintain supply inventory, restock rooms, and ensure clinical readinessProvide post-procedure instructions and ensure patient comfort throughout the visitAdhere to OSHA, HIPAA, and safety standards at all times✨ Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Minnesota LDA Certification requiredMinimum 1 year of clinical Dental Assisting experienceStrong patient interaction & chairside assisting skillsKnowledge of instrument sterilization & operatory prepAbility to work independently and within a collaborative teamHigh attention to detail and infection control standards📍 Location
