Staff Accountant I - Financial Reporting

General Summary :

Performs a variety of financial reporting

functions, including preparing and reviewing various reports for internal or

external parties in compliance with financial reporting requirements of

generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and regulatory agencies. Assists in the

organization, maintenance and documentation of the Accounting policies and

procedures.

Principal Duties and

Responsibilities :

• Assists in, and is responsible for, the accurate and timely preparation and / or review of various periodic reports for FHLB management, the Board of Directors, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) and the Office of Finance including :

Forms 10-Q, 10-K and 8-K submissions to the SEC.

Minimum Knowledge,

Skills and Abilities Required :

One year of accounting experience preferred.

Working Conditions :

Normal office environment with flexibility to meet

tight deadlines as required.
