Opening Fall 2025, the Omni Ft. Lauderdale Hotel is a 29-story hotel, located at 1850 Eisenhower Blvd, and connected directly to the Broward County Convention. The property offers 801 guest rooms and suites, multiple restaurants, a vibrant rooftop bar, a sprawling pool, spa, and fitness center. The hotel will also have over 120,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting and event space, including a grand ballroom, junior ballroom, 25 breakout rooms and pre-function meeting space with waterfront views.

Job Description

The Retail Supervisor is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of all retail outlets. This includes but is not limited to maintaining store and merchandising standards, overseeing sales associates, ensuring quality customer service, providing inventory control and meeting / exceeding revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Display effectively, communicate and hold all retail associates accountable for The Triology.
• Assist with ensuring all audit requirements are met on a daily basis.
• Participate in all quarterly inventories to audit standards.
• Collaborate with Retail Director / Buyer / Retail Lead Supervisor in order to achieve budgeted retail revenues and profits.
• Assist with the monthly mark down plans.
• Perform shop walk-thru to insure proper merchandising, stocking and overall cleanliness.
• Assist with the interviewing and hiring of retail associates as needed based on business levels.
• Assist with leading inspiring morning Stand-up meetings that motivate retail associates to provide great customer service and sell.
• Assist with training for retail associates in sales procedures and customer service.
• Assist with ensuring all new hires are trained to standard as well as all 30 / 60 / 90-day checklists are completed as required.
• Assist with ensuring all Moments of Service checklists are completed monthly and documented.
• Perform manager on duty functions as needed in the absence of the lead retail supervisor.
