Payment Reconciliation Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, Payment Reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities :

Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to define reconciliation requirements for new payment flows and system enhancements

Monitor and reconcile incoming and outgoing payment transactions data to ensure proper recording of funds

Research exception items and drive them to resolution in collaboration with various teams

Required Qualifications :

5+ years of experience in accounting, reconciliation, or financial operations

Strong knowledge of GAAP and reconciliation best practices

Experience with high-volume transaction matching in a financial services or payments environment

Hands-on experience with reconciliation tools such as Blackline Matching and SQL

Proficiency in Excel and Alteryx
