Entry Level Plan Analyst

A company is looking for an Entry Level Plan Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain a caseload of safe harbor clients and manage client relationships

Consult with clients on plan operation and design, ensuring a great client experience

Document client interactions and complete assigned training while working towards obtaining an industry designation

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

Customer service experience is a plus

Experience with Microsoft Office and comfortable using a computer

Knowledge of VOIP phone systems is a plus
