Job Purpose

This role is a part of our Voya Investment Management Entry Level Program. This program, which will begin in July 2026, is designed to develop the careers of entry level employees and provide you with the unique opportunity to begin your investment career while gaining hands-on experience and on-the-job development and training.

The Analyst will be part of the Voya Private Credit Team and is responsible for supporting existing senior analysts and portfolio managers in the analysis of Private Placement Offerings of various debt securities, monitoring existing private credit assets, and completing assigned tasks and workflow streams within the team.

Key Responsibilities

Asset Selection assist the team as they :

• Analyze credit / investment characteristics of prospective borrowing entities
• Research and spread financial documents and build / maintain financial models
• Evaluate, and independently form and justify a view on, transaction credit quality
• Interact with internal legal team to evaluate structural and other elements of proposed transactions
• Present conclusions and recommendations to senior staff
• Prepare and present written analysis to Voya IM credit committee
• Perform further due diligence through interaction with debt issuer prior to close of transaction

Compensation Pay Disclosure :

Voya is committed to pay thats fair and equitable, which means comparable pay for comparable roles and responsibilities. The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and / or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Voya Financial is willing to pay at the time of this posting.

Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted salary range based upon the candidates geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and / or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked. $70,000 USD with a target bonus incentive award
