The type of person who shows up early , keeps your workspace clean, and treats customers homes better than your own? Someone who solves problems , not just reports them? Someone who knows how to wire a houseand values the tech tools that make it easier? Someone who takes pride in doing things right no shortcuts, no excuses? Top dollar pay $27$32 / hr , based on experience and performance. We compensate great work with great pay. A take-home vehicle We trust you to represent the company well. Stability Full-time year-round work. A valid electrician license with residential, commercial, and lead experience youve been in charge, not just along for the ride. Confidence reading and working from blueprints and schematics . Physical stamina to work safely and effectively in a variety of jobsite environments. A clean, active drivers license (no suspensions in the last 3 years well verify). Willingness to work occasional Saturdays during busy seasons when the work is flowing, so is the overtime pay. Strong communication skillsrespectful with customers, reliable with teammates, and dependable when following directions. Zero tolerance for disrespect, laziness, complaining, or dishonesty. We thrive on accountability, respect, and problem-solvingnegativity doesnt fit here. Pride in your craft this is A+ work and extreme customer service for our valued customers, and thats how we like it.
