A valid electrician license with residential, commercial, and lead experience youve been in charge, not just along for the ride.Confidence reading and working from blueprints and schematics .Physical stamina to work safely and effectively in a variety of jobsite environments.A clean, active drivers license (no suspensions in the last 3 years well verify).Willingness to work occasional Saturdays during busy seasons when the work is flowing, so is the overtime pay.Strong communication skillsrespectful with customers, reliable with teammates, and dependable when following directions.Zero tolerance for disrespect, laziness, complaining, or dishonesty.
