Project Manager, Sr Project Engineer, Project Engineer, Healthcare Construction

Lead the field execution of complex, high complex medical facilities, for research and hospital attention, from ground up, renovation and commissioning.

What Youll Do :

Oversee daily site operations, subcontractor performance, and field logistics.

Partner with project leadership to execute healthcare builds on time and on budget.

What Were Looking For :

Proven superintendent experience on mid to large-scale or complex healthcare projects.

Deep knowledge of MEP coordination, structural sequencing, and commissioning.

Core Build Scope : Sitework and structural concrete, deep foundations, structural steel and envelope installation with cleanroom-rated assemblies, critical MEP infrastructure, precision HVAC, interior build-out critical care spaces, equipment installation support, start-up, certification, and final commissioning.
