Your job is simple : come up with brilliant, high-impact video ideas that will set the internet on fire. This role is for the best of the best—people who thrive under pressure, think outside the box, and can generate truly original concepts at a rapid pace.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop viral, high-concept video ideas that fit the Airrack brand
• Research trends and emerging content formats across YouTube and social media
• Collaborate with the Creative Director and production team to refine and execute ideas
• Generate pitch decks or short write-ups explaining your concepts
• Continuously refine and test creative brainstorming techniques to stay ahead of trends
• Present ideas concisely and convincingly, showing an understanding of audience engagement
