Recruiter Opportunity - Investment Banking

Our client is a global investment bank headquartered in New York City, specializing in mergers & acquisitions, capital markets, and strategic advisory.

Job Description

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for corporate, front-office, and support roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling postings.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and direct outreach.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview scheduling.
• Provide a positive candidate experience from application to offer.
• Track recruiting metrics and maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
