Recruiter Opportunity - Investment Banking
Our client is a global investment bank headquartered in New York City, specializing in mergers & acquisitions, capital markets, and strategic advisory.
Job Description
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for corporate, front-office, and support roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling postings.
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and direct outreach.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview scheduling.
- Provide a positive candidate experience from application to offer.
- Track recruiting metrics and maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

The Successful Applicant
3-5 years of recruitment experience, preferably within financial services or professional services.Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills.Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management abilities.Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required.What's on Offer
