About The Position

Job Title : Home Health Hospice RN

Experience : Minimum 1 year of home health and OASIS experience required.

License : Valid Registered Nurse License required.

Certifications : BLS Certification required.

Must-Have :

• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
• Experience with charting systems, specifically Epic.

Description :

Must have experience in home health and OASIS.

Candidates must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.

Candidates may be required to float based on the needs of the facility.

All candidates must provide one supervisory reference for submission.

Only candidates with recent specialty experience within the last year will be considered.
