Job Title : Maintenance Technician

Reports To : Maintenance Supervisor

FLSA Status : Non-Exempt

Qualifications :

Education : High school Diploma or GED preferred.

Age : Must be at least 18 years old.

Requirements : Valid Drivers License. Complete the employee application process, which includes completing the application, reference checks, interview, and Cornerstone training. Have experience in performing general maintenance in both residential and commercial settings.

Abilities :

• Ability to work under little to no supervision and follow directions.
• Perform work that is consistent within the scope of the mission, policies, and procedures of Cornerstone Support Services.
• Ability to represent Cornerstone Support Services in a professional manner.
• Ability to work in a physical environment involves standing, walking, lifting while using hand and power tools.
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality.
• Ability to work conductively with other employees and vendors, both local and at remote locations.
• Ability to drive company vehicles obeying all traffic laws and following defensive driving practices.
• Ability to travel as needed to all Cornerstone Support Services locations.
