Essential Functions :

• Excellent use of standard measurement equipment (i.e., micrometers, verniers, etc.
• Excellent Blueprint reading skills
• Experience and good skills on comparator
• Program and operate CMM using Pc-Dmis – Required
• Good math and trigonometry skills
• Ability / Availability to work overtime and weekends when required by customer demands
• Experience and good skills with windows applications (i.e., MSWord, MS Excel, etc.)
• Experience and good skills with SPC, ISO9002, and other quality standards / techniques.
• Some knowledge of tool calibration standards and techniques.
• Review proposals (i.e., prints) to ensure a proper quality plan is feasible with the given job
• Institute quality plan for WIP jobs.
• Actively seek out WIP jobs and complete First-Off inspections to assist in the timely delivery of customer products.
• Familiarize yourself with shipment priorities and ensure that these jobs are not delayed due to quality / inspection reasons.
• Reduce scrap through accurate First-Off inspections and awareness of faulty machining procedures.
• Inspect incoming materials (tools, material, customer returns, etc.)
• plete and file all applicable Inspection / Quality paperworkCom
• Interface with customers for inspection techniques, quality issues, and reporting when necessary.
• Oversee all operations in AFM absence
• Communication with all AFMs and CETs as needed.
• Trouble shoot with team members as needed to maintain workflow.
• Monitor and improve efficiency
• Work and effectively communicate with co-workers and supervisors.
• Ability to adhere to the Core Values of the Company.

REQUIREMENTS

Education : Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum 2 years advanced education-in-trade

Experience : Minimum 5 years work experience in area of work

Shift : 3 PM - 11 : 30 PM, Monday - Friday

Pay : $52,000 - $58,000 (Based on Experience)
