Job Description

Oversee daily construction activities on $10M+ custom home projects from groundbreaking to final punch list. Manage subcontractors, vendors, and on-site labor to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project schedules. Monitor project budgets, timelines, and safety compliance. Coordinate with architects, designers, and clients to ensure project vision is executed flawlessly. Prepare reports, maintain project documentation, and communicate progress to management and clients regularly.

The Successful Applicant

Proven experience as a Superintendent managing ground-up custom homes valued at $10M or more. Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to resolve on-site issues proactively. Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of construction methods, codes, and safety standards in luxury residential projects. Ability to work collaboratively with clients, architects, and subcontractors while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
