The Scenter Assistant Manager is vital at Scenthound, offering strong leadership, sales expertise, and exceptional customer service. This role will help support both of our locations : Carmel and Zionsville with a focus on becoming the General Manager at our 3rd location.
This role is hourly, paid weekly, with performance-based bonuses paid monthly.
This position requires :

A successful Scenter Assistant Manager is an independent problem solver, adaptable, detail-oriented, and compassionate dog lover! We are looking for a HANDS-ON leader who can lead day-to-day operations of the Scenter, emphasizing critical KPIs : Labor Efficiency, Membership Sales, Average Ticket Price, Rebook Ratio, etc.
Tasks :
Drive membership sales through health and wellness educationMaintain a knowledgeable team that prioritizes dog wellness and safetyProvide leadership, guidance, and mentorship for the Scenter employeesUphold quality standards through hands-on participation, employee audits, and trainingPromptly and accurately communicate information from upper management to your teamIdentify when / where help is needed and provide assistance to keep Scenter on scheduleCreate an environment conducive to teamwork, open communication, and Scenthound valuesManage client expectations; Resolve customer concernsEnsure the safety of dogs and team members at all timesAdhere to Scenthound sanitary and cleaning practicesSkills and Abilities :
