Japanese Food Restaurant Manager
Train workers in Japanese food restaurant specializing in Japanese specialty foods including preparation and service of sushi, sashimi and tempura. Train workers in sanitation, and safety standards and procedures. Perform personnel management activities, such as hiring and firing of staff, and providing employees training in Japanese restaurant operations. Control inventories of Japanese food and equipment and report shortages to designated staff. Observe and evaluate workers to improve service and operational quality. Develop restaurant's objectives, budgets, policies, and business strategies to ensure profitability.
