Project Manager

We're seeking a Project Manager to lead all phases of project deliveryfrom preconstruction through closeout. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep field experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to build trust with clients and teams alike.

Responsibilities :

• Lead full-cycle project delivery : estimating, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and execution
• Manage field operations, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure safety, quality, and schedule compliance
• Act as the primary liaison with clients, maintaining transparency and trust throughout the project lifecycle
• Collaborate with preconstruction teams to develop competitive bids and value-engineered solutions
• Oversee financials, change orders, and risk mitigation strategies
• Mentor junior staff and promote a culture of continuous improvement

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Worcester, MA.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $86.53 - $96.15 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
