Outrider Rooftop Lounge isn't just a bar-it's the destination for skyline views, handcrafted cocktails, and sunset vibes in the heart of Old Town. We're looking for a magnetic, high-energy leader to take our rooftop experience to the next level.
As the Outrider Rooftop Lounge & Bar Manager, you'll own the guest experience from golden hour to last call. You're not just managing a bar-you're curating the atmosphere, mentoring an energetic team, and driving both top-line revenue and memorable moments.
What You'll Be Doing :
- Leading daily operations of our rooftop lounge, including service, staffing, and bar programs
- Creating seasonal cocktail menus in collaboration with the culinary and beverage teams
- Training and developing bartenders and service staff who bring the vibe to life
- Owning service standards that reflect our Canopy culture and high expectations
- Building local buzz and regulars through creative programming and event support
- Managing costs, scheduling, inventory, and all the behind-the-scenes that make the magic happen.
