Seasonal Part-Time Spice Merchants (Retail Sales Associates)

The Spice House is looking for personable Seasonal Part-Time Spice Merchants (Retail Sales Associates) who know about and enjoy food & cooking, and have the ability to share this knowledge with our customers. The ideal candidate will have retail experience and or customer service experience.

Openings are through December 31st with the opportunity to move into a permanent position based on available openings and performance. Employees will be scheduled for 2-4 shifts / week, for a total of 8-20 hours. Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years days are guaranteed days off but you must be available those Holiday weeks and weekends that we are open.

Responsibilities :

• Provide excellent customer service in a specialty food retail environment
• Warmly welcome customers and assist them throughout their store visit as needed
• Support the store team during PEAK days and hours with the following responsibilities :

Customer order entry in the POS
