Job Description

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals within the frozen foods industry. Manage and grow relationships with key foodservice accounts across the U.S. Drive short- and long-term strategy across commercial and non-commercial accounts nationally. Lead and manage broadline distributors including Sysco, US Foods, PFG, Shamrock and others. Catalyze national GPOs including Compass, Sodexo, Armark and others. Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives. Monitor and report on sales performance, providing actionable insights for improvement. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

A successful Director of Foodservice should have : proven leadership skills and experience within foodservice. National contacts with broadline distributors. National restaurant chains experience. Non-commercial / GPOs national relationships. Strong knowledge of the foodservice sector and customer dynamics. Excellent negotiation and relationship management abilities. Strategic thinking and the ability to drive business growth. Effective communication and collaboration skills. A results-oriented mindset and a track record of achieving sales targets.
