Summary
The Research Ops Associate for the Oncology clinical and research disease teams serves as the program lead for programmatic initiatives that improve care coordination, transition planning, and patient engagement for children Cancer. This role leads the day-to-day execution of projects, manages timelines and communication across interdisciplinary stakeholders, and ensures the delivery of research program goals. In addition to project oversight, the position supports data tracking, documentation. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and collaborative individual who thrives in a mission-driven, fast-paced healthcare environment. This role functions and is embedded within a research program and requires a strong balance of coordination, communication, and execution. The incumbent will support 18 different clinical disease / research programs across Oncology (cancer).
Job Duties
Participates and responsible ongoing initiatives within Oncology for Solid Tumors, Leukemia, Genetics & Genomics, LTS, Lymphoma Programs.
Coordinates meetings, work-groups, and communication across research and clinical administrative stakeholders (including faculty, lab staff, and program leadership).
Maintains shared documents, SOPs, and project templates to support consistent research workflows across initiatives.
