Job description

Join Sepal AI in a vital research project aimed at enhancing AI models through real-world task simulations! We are looking for skilled support professionals to help us craft realistic test cases that mirror the daily problem-solving activities of IT and technical support roles. Your expertise will be instrumental in creating a robust AI evaluation dataset that reflects real workplace challenges.

In this role, you will :

Share your professional insights
Draft support queries and resolve workflows
Review AI model performance

This project focuses on ensuring model safety and alignment using grounded examples.

Project Scope :

Starts with a paid trial (2-4 days) to ensure alignment on quality and expectations

Requires an estimated 40-100 total hours of work through December 29th

Offers flexible hours - work on your own schedule while meeting project deadlines

Is entirely remote, allowing you to work from anywhere

Must-Have Qualifications :

4+ years of full-time experience in a technical support or help desk role

Fluency in English

U.S. residency

Access to a reliable laptop or desktop computer with internet connectivity

Comfortable using messaging, video calls, and file uploads

Able to follow detailed instructions and work independently

Compensation & Logistics :

$38-$87 per hour based on experience and fit

Bonus compensation for task completion and quality contributions

Bi-weekly payments via tracked hours

Ability to work remotely and asynchronously, anytime, from anywhere

Current employment in the field is not required
