Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer queries and resolve issues via live chat, email, or phone
Troubleshoot technical bugs and collaborate with the technical team to resolve complex issues
Maintain records of customer interactions and suggest process improvements based on feedback
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in B2B SaaS
1-2 years of experience in customer support via chat and email
Experience using help desk software or ticketing systems
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, 24x7 rotational shift environment
Understanding of the 'Customer First' principle with a commitment to high-quality support
