Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Social Media and Marketing Manager located in Boston, MA. The Social Media and Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing content strategies, managing social media accounts, optimizing social media content, and overseeing digital marketing campaigns. Daily tasks include creating engaging content, and monitoring social media trends. Working directly with agents to develop sales campaigns, newsletters, postcards and other print promotion.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong skills in Communication and Content Strategy
• Experience in Digital Marketing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• Experience with Canva, Marq, MailChimp and Bold Trail a plus
