Job descriptionUnencumbered NYS Registered Nurse License MSN Required Management experience : 3-5 years Shared Governance experience Experience with Magnet or Pathway to Excellence Professional certification in a related specialty or willingness to obtain within 3 years of hire. Position is full time and grant funded for 5 years
Responsibilities
- Oversight for adoption and sustained integration of the nursing care delivery model and interdisciplinary model of care.
- Oversight of the development, implementation, and sustained integration of a shared governance model.
- Oversees data & NDQI reporting, data analysis & interpretation, and dissemination.
- Ensures that nursing practice is evidence-based.
