Job Description :  The Bilingual Legal Assistant will provide essential support to Their personal injury attorneys, manage client communications, prepare legal documents, and ensure smooth case progress. Fluency in English and Spanish is required to assist their

diverse client base effectively.

Responsibilities :

• Communicate with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers in both English and Spanish
• Draft, review, and organize legal documents and correspondence
• Maintain and update case files and schedules
• Assist in preparing for court filings and hearings
• Conduct legal research as needed
• Schedule appointments and manage attorney calendars
• Ensure compliance with legal procedures and deadlines
