The Opportunity

We are seeking a Software Engineer to join our small, high-impact team. This is a role for a proven builder, not just a task-taker. You will be responsible for owning projects end-to-end, acting as your own product manager to define specifications and deliver robust features daily.

This role requires a full-stack skillset, with a strong emphasis on back-end development and infrastructure work, as much of our current focus involves building out core administrative capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Ownership : Independently scope, design, and implement features across our core platform, from defining technical specifications to deployment.
• Feature Development : Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code for both front-end and back-end systems, with a focus on core infrastructure and data processing.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the operations team and leadership to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Process Improvement : Contribute to architectural decisions and improve engineering best practices within a high-growth environment.
