About The Position

• Experience in outpatient oncology
• Familiarity with EPIC documentation
• Ability to manage and recognize side effects of chemotherapy

Description :

The role requires an Infusion Registered Nurse for an outpatient oncology infusion center.

The schedule is day shift consisting of 5 eight-hour shifts.

Documentation is performed using EPIC software.

First-time travelers are accepted, but certification in Basic Life Support and Chemotherapy is required.

Candidates should have experience administering chemotherapy and managing related side effects.

Skills in caring for patients with various types of cancer and handling chemotherapy-related procedures are preferred.

The nurse will be responsible for patient education and support, as well as monitoring chemotherapy administration.

Additional responsibilities include maintaining and managing access ports, administering medications, and recognizing abnormal lab values.

The position involves working with patients of all ages, primarily adults and geriatrics.

The nurse will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.

Compliance with vaccination requirements is mandatory.
