About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Growth Hacking with a focus on Tokenomics and Community. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving ecosystem expansion by developing and optimizing tokenomics models that foster market adoption and community engagement. This role requires a deep understanding of advanced mathematical modeling, economic theory, and game theory principles to create sustainable and value-accruing token systems. The Head of Growth Hacking will also be responsible for leading token launch strategies, driving community growth initiatives, and creating go-to-market strategies that resonate with various crypto audiences. A strong quantitative background, proven track record in Token Generation Events, and expertise in DeFi protocols and yield farming mechanics are essential.
Applicants must have a demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in designing and launching tokenomics systems. The role demands a data-driven approach, technical proficiency in tokenomics modeling tools, and a network of relationships within the crypto community. The ideal candidate will have a background in marketing and PR within the crypto / web3 spaces, with a focus on degen culture, memecoin dynamics, and viral marketing tactics. Responsibilities also include evaluating and optimizing existing token systems, monitoring post-launch performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure community goals align with product strategy. The position is remote-first, with a preference for NYC-based candidates, and offers the opportunity to be part of a fast-paced team at the forefront of experiential rewards.
