Customer Service Agent

Our client is a well-reputed business in the Overland Park area that is growing their customer service teams.

What you will receive :

$16-$18 / hour
Weekly pay every Friday

What you will be doing :

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and efficiency

Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and issue resolution

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system

Provide top-notch service and ensure customer satisfaction

What we are looking for :

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Basic computer skills and attention to detail

Prior customer service experience preferred, but not required
