Position Overview :

This is a key role in our firm with the opportunity to take on increasing responsibilities and grow into a leadership position. You’ll handle a broad range of accounting and tax responsibilities, while also having a voice in business strategy, client management, and firm operations. Key Responsibilities :

Prepare and review individual, corporate, partnership, and nonprofit tax returns

Manage month-end and year-end close, general ledger maintenance, and financial statement preparation

Provide strategic financial, tax planning, and advisory support to clients

Oversee client engagements, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and satisfaction

Stay updated on federal and state tax laws and regulations

Identify opportunities to expand client services and firm growth

Mentor junior staff and help foster a strong, collaborative team culture

Participate in firm-wide strategic planning and business development initiatives

Qualifications :

CPA license required and in good standing

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; Master's in Taxation or Accounting a plus

4–5 years of public accounting experience, preferably in a small- to mid-sized firm

Strong knowledge of QuickBooks, Excel, and other tax software

Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong interest in firm operations and growth

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills

Desire to take ownership of client relationships and long-term success
