• Enjoys problem-solving and helping people : You’ll work directly with homeowners and on commercial properties to solve plumbing and drainage issues, restoring homes and businesses to normal.
• Thrives in a team environment : You’ll be a part of a dig crew, operating company-owned equipment to provide essential plumbing services.
• Is patient and detail-oriented : You’re someone who takes the time to figure things out, explain solutions, and see tasks through to completion.
• Is comfortable with tools and equipment : You’ll be using excavators, pump trucks, jackhammers, and other tools. Training will be provided, but a willingness to learn and adapt is crucial.
• Is not afraid of hard work : This job involves physical labor and working in all weather conditions. It’s dirty work, but it’s important and meaningful.
• Takes pride in their work : You’ll wear the Mr. Rooter uniform, representing one of the best in the industry, and leave job sites clean and professional.
